Mobile Phone Technology Research in Visayas and Mindanao

FMR was commissioned by an international company that manufactures technological devices to conduct a field survey using CAPI (Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing) in various areas across Visayas and Mindanao.

The survey is designed to gather data on mobile phone technology usage and includes a structured questionnaire that lasts between 30 to 40 minutes. Interviewers are also required to collect supporting evidence, such as photos of the device and the location where the interview takes place.

The campaign period is scheduled to run for 30 days, with the team spending 2 to 3 days in each target area. FMR ensures that all field operations adhere to standard research protocols, including proper coordination with Barangay officials and showing appropriate courtesy and respect to all respondents.

The client has set specific criteria for respondent eligibility, including factors such as device type and age, respondent age, and other qualifications to ensure the validity of the responses. These criteria are strictly observed by the field team prior to conducting the interviews.

At FMR, our role is to deliver reliable, high-quality data that meets the expectations of our clients. With nearly 20 years of field research experience, we continue to provide professional and efficient data collection services across all regions of the Philippines, whether in rural or urban settings.
