Face-to-Face / CAPI Survey Rates (Qualitative and Quantitative)
- 100 Respondents: US$43 per respondent
- 200 Respondents: US$41 per respondent
- 300 Respondents: US$38 per respondent
- 400+ Respondents: US$35.99 per respondent
Note: The per-respondent cost is based on a 15-minute Length of Interview (LOI) and includes questionnaire testing and finalization, team briefing, mock interviews, interviewer mobilization, field coordination, data collection, supervision, quality control, and reporting.
For longer interviews, the following adjustments will apply to the quoted per-respondent cost:
- 20-minute LOI: Additional 10%
- 30-minute LOI: Additional 20%
- 60-minute LOI (1 hour): Additional 40%
Any additional requirements, such as specialized respondent recruitment, extended geographic coverage, translations, or supplementary deliverables, may be subject to additional charges.
Respondent incentives vary depending on the type of respondent. For general population respondents, incentives typically start at ₱1,000 (approximately US$16.30) per respondent. Incentives for targeted respondents will be quoted separately based on the project requirements.
The above cost is based on the actual field operational expenses, including transportation, salaries, allowances, and respondent incentives. As these costs cover only the operational aspect of the project, a separate Project Management fee of US$2,000 will be charged for each project.
Online or Phone Survey / CATI Rates (Qualitative and Quantitative)
- 100 Respondents: US$29 per respondent
- 200 Respondents: US$27 per respondent
- 300 Respondents: US$25 per respondent
- 400+ Respondents: US$23 per respondent
Note: This costing is based on a 30-minute CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) interview and includes respondent recruitment, initial screening and qualification, interviewer fees, call recording, survey platform and system usage (e.g., SurveyMonkey, STG, and other online interviewing tools), project management, quality control, data collection, and reporting.
Please note that In-Depth Interviews (IDIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) require a different pricing structure due to the additional expertise, preparation, and resources involved. Unlike standard CATI interviews, IDIs and FGDs require experienced moderators with advanced probing and facilitation skills to gather deeper insights from participants. These studies are also typically supported by a dedicated transcriptionist or note-taker to accurately document discussions, key findings, and respondent feedback.
For online IDIs conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, the following rates apply:
- 30 minutes below: US$180 per completed interview
- 30 minutes to 1 hour: US$270 per completed interview
The above rates include respondent recruitment and screening, moderator/interviewer fees, scheduling and coordination, online meeting platform management, recording, transcription support, project management, and reporting.
Additional charges may apply for specialized target audiences, hard-to-reach respondents, multilingual interviews, detailed verbatim transcription, extended reporting requirements, or expedited project timelines.
Price Adjustment and Additional Charges
For certain locations, pricing adjustments may apply due to mobilization and logistical costs associated with the geographical nature of the Philippines. Our field teams may be required to travel by land, sea, or air to reach remote provinces, islands, and hard-to-access areas, which can result in additional transportation, accommodation, and operational expenses.
For CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) and CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing) projects, pricing may also vary depending on the interview length, study complexity, and respondent profile. Additional charges may apply when recruiting and interviewing hard-to-reach or highly specialized respondents, such as CEOs, business owners, senior executives, managers, physicians, attorneys, engineers, government officials, and other high-profile professionals. These respondent groups typically require more extensive screening, multiple contact attempts, flexible scheduling, and higher recruitment efforts to achieve the required sample size and completion rates.
As a result, final pricing may be adjusted based on the target audience, fieldwork complexity, incidence rate, geographic coverage, and overall project requirements.
Payment Terms
- 50% Down Payment upon project confirmation and issuance of the Purchase Order (PO) or Notice to Proceed (NTP)
- 50% Balance Payment upon submission of the final report and project deliverables
Note: We strictly adhere to the above payment terms. The 50% down payment is required before any project activities can commence, including respondent recruitment, questionnaire programming, fieldwork preparation, interviewer deployment, and the execution of CAPI, CATI, CAWI, IDI, or FGD activities. Without receipt of the down payment, our team will be unable to mobilize resources or begin project implementation.
This payment structure enables us to allocate the necessary manpower, operational resources, fieldwork logistics, and respondent incentives required to ensure the successful execution of the study.
Survey Completion Timeline
The duration of each survey depends on the client’s objectives and the length of the questionnaire.
